Cookie policy.

What cookies this site uses, why, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, work in the same way. We use them to make the site work and, with your consent, to understand how it is used.

Your consent

Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them. All other cookies — analytics, behaviour and advertising — are only set after you accept them through our cookie banner. You can accept all, reject all, or change your choice at any time, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Under UK law (PECR and UK GDPR) we will not set non-essential cookies until you have given consent.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary — always on

Used to load the site, remember your cookie choices and keep the site secure. These do not track you and do not require consent.

Analytics — consent required

Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) helps us see which pages are useful so we can improve the site. Typical cookies: _ga and _ga_<id>, set by Google, lasting up to 13 months.

Behaviour & session — consent required

Microsoft Clarity records anonymised usage (such as clicks and scrolling) to show where the site can be improved. Typical cookies: _clck and _clsk, set by Microsoft.

Advertising — consent required

If we run Google Ads, conversion and remarketing tags (managed through Google Tag Manager) may set cookies to measure ad performance. These are only used with your consent.

Third-party — booking

When you open the booking widget, Calendly may set its own cookies to manage your appointment. See Calendly's own privacy and cookie notices for details.

Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended. For more on cookies generally, see the ICO's guidance at ico.org.uk.
