Who we are

Ammetric Ltd (company number 17060479), 65 London Wall, London EC2M 5TU, is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@ammetric.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Contact form data — the name, email address and message you submit through the enquiry form on this site.
  • Booking data — when you book a consultation, the name, email and scheduling details you give to Calendly, our booking provider.
  • Analytics & usage data — if you consent to non-essential cookies, information about how you use the site (pages viewed, device, approximate location, referral source) collected through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. See our Cookie policy.
  • Technical data — your IP address and browser type are processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry or book a call — lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us) and, where you become a client, performance of a contract.
  • To understand and improve the site — lawful basis: consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us run the site and respond to you:

  • FormSubmit — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Calendly — manages consultation bookings.
  • Google (Analytics 4 / Tag Manager) — website analytics, only with your consent.
  • Microsoft Clarity — usage and session analytics, only with your consent.
  • Hostinger — website hosting and email.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally it is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK law, such as the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) / Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for the duration of our work together and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the providers' standard periods (Google Analytics: up to 14 months).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@ammetric.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
